If your order is still in our custody, it can be changed or cancelled (non personalised products).
If item has shipped, it can also be changed or cancelled but delivery is at the expense of the customer.
Helium balloons once inflated and personalised goods cannot be changed or cancelled. Also wearable items like wigs or clothes once removed from the original packaging cannot be returned.
